(More customer reviews)Upon receiving the shipment, the fine print shows this is partially hydrogenated canola oil, nearly 19% trans-fat. So, does the high omega-3 and omega-6 cancel this? After further checking, seems hydrogenation converts much of the omega-3 & 6 to trans fat. Not a good choice.
