(More customer reviews)For the last 15 years or so, I have been using this seasoning on barbecued ribs that I prepare, and it's really good--when I get down to two jars it's time to order more. I ordered it from the Rendezvous restaurant in Memphis--I'm glad to see this is now being sold on Amazon. See also my comments on the Rendezvous barbecue sauce--if you can only get one, get the seasoning.

Just before serving barbecued ribs, chicken or sausage, add this finishing touch: baste with a hot vinegar and water base, lightly coat with dry seasoning, then have a little Rendezvous at home!
