I've been buying it for years as a good quality, fairly nutritious snack food for myself (I feed the kids veggie booty, and hog the sweet stuff), and it seems to be a pretty good choice. It doesn't take a lot to satisfy, and it's not really that bad for you (sugar, sure, but not as much as some other treats).
