It resembles an resembles an old variety called the Japanese hulless. It comes from seperating the smaller kernels from our Medium White. Great tasting and tender! Works perfectly in the Whirley Pop Stovetop Popcorn Popper! 6 lbs bag: 11 x 8 x 3
