After reading dozens of reviews I decided for the price I would try the Stir Crazy Popper. It's been years since I tried an electric popper and I didn't like them back then but thought I'd give this one a try. True to the reviews - this popper works great. It's very easy to clean, pops almost kernel, and makes a nice large batch of popcorn. I don't find the handles uncomfortably hot and the cord is short but fine for my counter. You may have to adjust the small metal stir pieces but it's not a big deal. The best part is the clear dome - it's still fun to watch the kernels pop. I'm very happy with this purchase.
